Free Cash Service with the İşbank-Combocard
The ATMs in our branches are available for a free cash service. In addition, you can use the ATMs from Euronet's existing network for free cash withdrawals with İşbank-Combocard. Euronet has over 2,000 ATMs throughout Germany and is one of the country's leading ATM operators.
In addition, you can easily cash back in well-known supermarkets with your İşbank-Combocard. From a purchase value of at least 10 to 20 EUR you can withdraw up to 200 EUR free of charge.

Our cooperation with Cardpoint has been ended.
Starting from 29.09.2023, fees will be charged for cash withdrawals with the İşbank-Combocard using the Cardpoint GmbH network.
Fees of the ATM Operators
These fees may be charged by any ATM operator for cash withdrawals - directly to the customer wishing to withdraw the cash. The additional fee is always displayed before the payment at the ATM. As a customer, you can then decide whether you want to pay the fee or cancel the process for free. Please note that if you use your İşbank-Combocard to withdraw cash from an ATM belonging to the Association of German Banks, the cardholder will be responsible for any fees incurred.
